New Years Day. I woke up with Debora at about 5:30 am. Deb had to work 7am to 7pm at the nursing home. I got up to help her get ready to go to work, and because we went to bead early on New Years Eve. I sent her to work with coffee and a grilled cheese sandwich, leaving me home alone at 6:45 am with nothing to do for the day.

After an hour of sitting watching the news and drinking coffee I made up my mind to head out to Boston. I wanted to see the New Years Eve ice sculptures and I needed a calendar for my book from Levenger in the Prudential Center. And since I am getting a nice early start I can swing through Quincy Market to get some breakfast. (more…)
